We are currently looking for passionate, environmentally focused senior engineer to join our close knit Melbourne team to deliver pragmatic, sustainable solutions that shape and co-create a more sustainable future.

What is the role?

We are looking for a senior environmental engineer to join our growing Melbourne team. The role is for a well-rounded and experience engineer to work on stormwater management and design, integrated water management, water sensitive design, and small land development projects across Victoria.

We are looking for a like-minded person, wanting to take the next step in their career, to help us continue to grow our team, and make real and valued change.

About you

Joining our Melbourne office, the successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Civil engineering. Providing specialist technical advice to our clients and team, you will have the opportunity to add value on a range of interesting and multidisciplinary projects.

  • Has fundamental engineering knowledge, maybe through work in hydrology, hydraulic and stormwater quality modelling, land development or brownfield development design, stormwater management planning or general civil and three waters design.

  • Has a Bachelor of Engineering degree

  • Has 7+ years of work experience in engineering.

  • Registered Engineer is desirable or if you are on your way to achieving this we will support you through the process.

  • Has a proactive nature.

  • Has strong industry connections

  • Holds strong environmental values and have a passion for sustainability

  • Is willing to engage in a culture of teaching and learning.

  • Is willing to continuously develop knowledge of reconciliation, diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainable outcomes and low carbon initiatives.
