We're proud to share that Reconciliation Australia has formally endorsed our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Morphum is committed to working towards a more equal, respectful, and reconciled Australia. We are eager to begin our reconciliation journey to acknowledge the impacts Australia's colonial history has had on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and reconcile for past injustices. We aim to foster a space of equality, unity, and equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within our organisation and more broadly within our sphere of influence. By building lasting relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, we will contribute to the vision of a reconciled Australia.

Every action in the plan has a date and an owner, and we're looking forward to getting started. Over the next 18 months we'll identify Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations in our sphere of influence, learn who the Traditional Owners are for the lands and waters we work on, and develop business cases for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment and procurement, including looking into Supply Nation membership.

Our Melbourne office sits on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Eastern Kulin Nation, and this plan gives us a clear way to build lasting relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
